Recently acquired a 'New to us' used boat from the Boat Warehouse. Delivery was handled exceptionally well, the boat was clean and mechanically awesome and all of my documentation was taken care of in advance - exactly how I was promised it would be. I live in between their locations and took delivery from the Kingston store - on a quick follow up call the Georgian Bay store knew all about my purchase and treated me like I'd bought it from them directly. My husband and I went to the Toronto boat show and talked to Kurtis. At the time our plan was to look at boats this year and buy next year. Even though Kurtis knew our plan he still took the time to talk with us and explain the boats to us. Well our plans changed and we decided to buy this year. We live in the Niagara Region and still choose to make the drive to Kingston to buy our boat from the boat wearhouse. When I called I talked Jake who was great and I explained that we talked to Kurtis at the boat show. Jake helped us get everything started. Greg in finance was great and got us all set up. We just picked up our new Lowe FM1675 WT today and Kurtis walked us through everything with the boat. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend buying your boat from them.
We bought our Lowe FM 1625WT boat from the
boatwarehouse back in 2019. What a fantastic fishing machine that we used extensively for 15 months until we ran into some warranty issues. We had to send the boat back to the dealership so they could ship it to the manufacturer for repair! During this process we we’re dealing with Ashley who sold us our boat and was taking care of the warranty issue. She was very friendly and helpful in selling us our boat and also getting our repairs taking care of. She also was responsible for convincing the manufacture to give us a brand new replacement boat instead of fixing our previous boat. Also the service team at the boat warehouse were amazing at putting all of our equipment back on the new boat and giving us a complimentary oil change for the inconvenience it took being without our boat for nearly 8 months! Thank you for taking care of us during this lengthy, frustrating at times process!
We are the new owners of a previously enjoyed Four Winns boat that was originally purchased from The Boat Warehouse in Kingston, ON and were looking for a Marina to repair our boat. The Boat Warehouse was excellent with our repairs keeping in touch with us at all times, discussing work to be done and price. We were very pleasantly surprised when we picked up the boat with the bill they are VERY honest and the bill was fair. We've had bad experiences with previous marine work done on our boats so it was excellent to find a great marina. Samantha at the parts desk does the booking and orders parts, she is great to work with, she kept us well informed of the work with our boat. The boat warehouse is very lucky to have such a great employee as the first person you deal with upon entering the store.
The team here is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and go the extra step to give you confidence in your purchase and it's in great condition ready to go. Easy to deal with highly recommend buying from this team. Go Coldwater!

I recently bought a new Glasstron from The Boat Warehouse. I was very happy dealing with Ashley for the sale and Delivery of the boat. When I had a minor issue with a seat they sent a technician to my cottage to handle the service. Quite impressed with that. I would recommend this dealership!
I picked up a used 2003 Four Winns Freedom 170. Had some hard communicating with Doug (my sales rep) but once upon pickup of the boat the service team did a fantastic job explaining everything on the boat. I had a small problem with the speedometer not working but the two young service technicians where able to quickly fix it. Ashley did a fantastic job with all the financing and making the process easy and simple. After leaving the dealership I found out that i did not have the ownership for the boat, so i called the boat warehouse to find out that my boat was not even licensed. Other than a couple of problems everything turned out well and the boat runs and looks great.
This is my first experience in purchasing a new boat in over 15 year and I have purchased many boats since the early 80's from numerous dealers throughout the area .I have never come across a dealer where the sales staff has gone above and beyond my expectations in experiencing the purchase of a new boat . In addition the Service crew, again they exceeded all of my expectations for the installation of the many extras that I have purchased to go on to my new boat . They are very detailed, and thorough as well as very high with the craftsmanship how they installed those extras . This is my first Four Winns boat, and the quality and detail they provided on my HD220 was what led me to Four Winn's , instead of other competitors .Four winns makes and absolutely stunning boat . I cannot wait to get on the water .
